Day 11 of the delayed/cancelled NBA simulation season as it was originally scheduled:

The Lakers, Celtics, and Timberwolves stay unbeaten on the 11th day of the NBA lockout simulation season. Yes you read that correctly – the Wolves are still unbeaten.

Orlando Magic 107, Washington Wizards 97
The Magic got its second win of the season. Dwight Howard (23 points, 16 rebounds) finally got some help from his teammates as five other players scored in double figures led by Jameer Nelson’s 18. Andray Blatche led the Wizards with 20 points and 8 rebounds.

Philadelphia 76ers 96, Milwaukee Bucks 103
The Bucks continue to play good basketball using a balanced offensive attack to beat Philly. Eight players scored between 9 and 16 points for Milwaukee led by Brandon Jennings’ 16. Elton Brand scored 24 points with 10 rebounds for the Sixers, and Jrue Holiday had 18 points after missing the last game.

Indiana Pacers 119, Phoenix Suns 110
After the Pacers beat the Suns at their own game, both teams stand 2-4 on the year. Danny Granger went off for 35 points hitting 4 threes. George Hill also hit 4 threes en route to 23 points. Indiana shot over 51 percent from the field as a team. Phoenix was led by Jared Dudley who had 16 points and 4 threes of his own. Steve Nash had 13 points, 8 rebounds, and 13 assists but had an uncharacteristically poor shooting night making just 4 of 13 shots.

The Celtics moved to 5-0 powered by point guard Rajon Rondo. Rondo had 17 points, 7 rebounds, 11 assists, and 8 steals in a dominant all-around performance. Kevin Garnett had 15 points and 9 rebounds. It was truly a defensive effort that got this win for Boston as the Clippers were held to just 36.5 percent shooting. Eric Gordon led L.A. with 24 points.

Miami Heat 102, New Jersey Nets 88
Miami bounced back from its first loss of the year to blow out the hapless Nets. The Heat did whatever they wanted offensively shooting 57 percent from the field and holding a 12 rebound edge. Michael Beasley had 11 points and 7 rebounds, Darko Milicic added 11 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 blocks, and rookie Derrick Williams chipped in with 10 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists. Sacramento was led by the duo of Tyreke Evans and DeMarcus Cousins. They combined for 43 points, 15 rebounds, 10 assists, and 5 steals.

New Orleans Hornets 112, Golden State Warriors 107
Chris Paul was his typical self with 29 points and 15 assists, but it was his teammates that stepped up to help New Orleans beat Golden State. Marco Bellinelli and Jarrett Jack combined to score 40 points with 11 assists, and Trevor Ariza added 14 points and 9 rebounds. The Warriors backcourt of Stephen Curry and Stephen Curry scored a relatively low 37 points combined.
