NFC Season Futures 2016 - Best Bets
Looking at the season totals for the NFC? Let's take a look at what AccuScore says for each division, highlight a best bet for each division.
NFC East Best Bet: In order of standings, AccuScore season simulations have Washington leading the way with 8.6 wins, the NY Giants with 7.8, Dallas with 7.7 and the Eagles at No. 4 with 6.6.
There's no question about it, the most intriguing bet here is the OVER on Washington. The line's set at 7.5 and Washington wins more than 1.0 game(s) than that in simulations.
The addition of Josh Norman in the offseason is a huge boost, and without a doubt an important variable to be so high on this roster.
NFC North Best Bet: All eyes are on the GB Packers in this division, but there's an interesting opportunity in taking the Detroit Lions.
Whereas the Packers have their line set at 11, the Lions have theirs at 7. Guess what? AccuScore simulations only have their season win totals different by 0.5, not 4.0 as the Vegas lines suggest.

The Packers win 9.3 games in season sims, compared to 8.8 fot Detroit. Whether looking at the OVER or the Lions to win the division (28.8 percent compared to Green Bay's 39.4 percent), there are wagering opportunities to be had with Detroit.
NFC South Best Bet: The Saints head into this season with a rejuvenated Drew Brees (contract extension) and the simulations have a lot more fair in NOLA than do Vegas odds.
The line's set at 7.5 for the Saints and AccuScore actually expects New Orleans to compete with Carolina for the division.
Both sides have over 30 percent chance at winning the NFC South, with the Panthers' probability much closer to 40 percent.
Both sides win between 8.5-9.0 games in season sims, though, suggesting a pick on the OVER for New Orleans' win total and the UNDER on Carolina's.
NFC West Best Bet: Seattle or Arizona? Who comes out on top? Seattle wins this division close to 50 percent of the time in simulations. The value in this division, however, is the UNDER on bot their win totals.
The line is set at 10.5 for both, and neither side gets over 10 in the sims. Arizona finishes with fewer than 9 wins on average in sims, while Seattle has nine-to-ten. UNDER, UNDER, UNDER on these two sides leading the way in the NFC West.
