Top Fan Duel Values – NFL Championship Week

AccuScore’s NFL partnership with FanDuel is in its last week because there is only one game left after this season. However, before we move onto NHL and other fanstasy games with FanDuel, there is one last chance to get in and hit it big in AccuScore’s exclusive FanDuel Tournament for Championship weekend.

This tournament offers $10,000 in prizes and is exclusively for AccuScore.

This weekend, first place gets $2,000 and FanDuel is paying out players all the way down to 24th place. There are only 222 spots, so get yours now. Entry is only $50 and you can edit your team until kickoff on Sunday. Payouts will be done on Monday via Paypal or Check. Click here to Join!

Quarterbacks
Tom Brady - $9,900
Matt Ryan - $9,200
Colin Kaepernick - $8,800
Joe Flacco - $7,600

Matt Ryan is projected for the most passing yards (310) and passing touchdowns (2.1) of any QB this weekend. He will have to be that good in order to beat San Francisco as I don’t expect the Falcons running game to be nearly as effective this week. Colin Kaepernick is projected for 64 rushing yards, which is actually the most of any single player this weekend. I would pick any of the quarterbacks this week aside from Flacco.

Running Backs
Stevan Ridley - $7,200

Shane Vereen is severely overpriced ($7,000) after scoring three times last week. That was a case of Vereen filling in after Rob Gronkowski got hurt, and not being in the scouting report for the Texans. Instead go with Stevan Ridley who is clearly the workhorse back for the Patriots, costs just $200 more than Vereen, and also scored last week.

Frank Gore - $7,800
Expect the Falcons to pay extra attention to Kaepernick this week in an attempt to avoid looking like the Packers. That should open up some extra room for Gore, who is clearly the man in the postseason for the 49ers. I would expect Gore to get 22-25 carries as Atlanta ranked just 21st in the NFL against the run this season.

Wide Receivers
Julio Jones - $7,100
Roddy White - $7,100

With Ryan projected to throw and throw often this weekend, expect the lion’s share of those throws to target his two big receivers on the outside. White is projected for slightly more yards, but Jones is slightly more likely to score a touchdown. Pick whichever one you prefer.
