The NBA has returned with a bang and we have seen a handful of great games so far. The bubble has worked out great and now we can’t get enough NBA action. We are going to be a little upset when teams have to go home and the playoffs start, but don’t worry we have a few weeks before that. Below are our highlights for Day 3 in the Orlando Bubble.
Sixers vs Pacers
The highlight of the day has to be the Sixers vs Pacers which should have a playoff feel, and playoff implications. The Sixers have been the talk of the NBA for months and the Pacers have quietly put together a solid year without their star player. The Sixers have had their road struggles this year so the big question on everyone’s mind will be how do the Sixers perform on a neutral court? The Pacers have lost Sabonis for the bubble but they gained Victor Oladipo. We have this game circled as our must watch game of the day. Jazz vs Thunder
Jazz Thunder is another game we couldn’t be more excited to watch. Two playoff teams are going head to head in the bubble and we have no idea who is going to win this one. The Jazz already have a game under their belt, an uninspiring last-minute win against the Pelicans. They had issues turning the ball over and the Thunder are a team you don’t want to hand the ball to. The Thunder are the NBA’s Cinderella this year and they will look to finish off their campaign with a high seed in the Western Conference. Reading this Thunder vs. Jazz prediction can help you decide which way of this match up you may want to put money down on.
Clippers vs Pelicans
The two losers from Night 1 in the bubble square off in a game that means the world to the Pelicans. The Pelicans have Zion on a tight minute restriction, which may have cost them the game against the Jazz, but they will need to use his time more wisely if they hope to stay in the bubble. The Pelicans pretty much need to win out from here to lock up a playoff spot. Brandon Ingram will look to continue his dominate performance but scoring on Paul George and Kawhi Leonard is something that is easier said than done. The Clippers on the other hand played well but did not have enough gas in the tank to lock down Anthony Davis.
