1. John Kasay (NO): As the Saints continue to score points, Kasay’s fantasy points keep rising. He has gotten fantasy owners 10 and 12 points in weeks one and two respectively. This weekend against the Texans, the Saints should continue to put points on the board, which means another good day for John Kasay. Projected fantasy points: 9.9.
2. Shaun Suisham (PIT): Suisham’s production increased with the Steelers’ play, as he went from getting owners one point in week 1 to 6 points in week 2 (he missed one field goal). This week the Steelers play the Colts, whose defense will have trouble containing the opposing offense. Expect Suisham to raise his production even further. Projected football fantasy points: 9.7.
3. Nick Novak (SD): Nick Novak didn’t have a lot of opportunities to score points last week as the Patriots defense contained the Charges offense and limited the kickers to three extra points. Sunday should be a different story as the Chargers face the Chiefs in a game that should see plenty of offensive production from San Diego and Novak. Projected NFL fantasy points: 9.3.
4. Dan Bailey (DAL): Dan Bailey had a good game last week, despite missing one of his field goals. He finished with nine points on two field goals and three extra points. The Dallas offense should put up similar offensive numbers against its week 3 opponent, Washington, so expect Bailey to maintain his fantasy production from last week. Projected fantasy football points: 9.3.
5. Neil Rackers (HOU): Neil Rackers has made fantasy owners happy the past two weeks, scoring 22 fantasy points. On Sunday, Rackers’ Texans face the Saints, who have had trouble stopping capable opposing offenses. Houston should have success putting points on the board, and Rackers will be there to put them through the up-rights. Projected fantasy points: 9.0.
