Despite the nightmarish finish to last season, Houston’s offensive weapons were hardly impotent. Quarterback Matt Schaub threw for 4,370 yards, 24 touchdowns, and finished the season with a respectable 12 interceptions. Running back Arian Foster rushed for 1,616 yards, won the rushing title, and scored 16 rushing touchdowns. Star wide-receiver Andre Johnson put together his 3rd straight 1,000 receiving yards season and tabbed 8 receiving touchdowns. Unfortunately, Houston’s defense was ranked 30th in the NFL for yards allowed and 28th for points allowed.
