By Jonathan Lee and Bart Lopez
Jon and Bart had a great winning record in the regular season, and continued that in the first week of bowl games finishing 5-1. They are back with picks for five different college football bowl games before the New Year.
JON’S EXPERT PICKS
12/26 – North Carolina +5 vs. Missouri – Independence Bowl
Both teams have strong defenses holding opponents to identical totals of 23.5 points per game. This game feels like a close one with the computer sim line being Missouri by 3 points. Should the game play out as closely as it is projected, the five point line provides plenty of value as a field goal game is a win. The AccuScore computer was over .500 picking UNC games ATS (6-5), but was excellent picking Missouri games with a record of 8-3.
