This line appears to be too low as our simulations set it closer to 14 points. I would lay the points every time at 10. Air Force wins 77.3% of the time, covering 58% in simulations. Navy is, quite frankly, one of the worst teams in the FBS scoring only 17 points against major competition. The Midshipmen have actually gotten progressively worse as the season has gone one racking up nearly 500 yards vs. Notre Dame, almost 400 yards vs. Penn State, before bottoming out with less than 150 yards (and no points) vs. San Jose State. Navy is 116th in the nation in turnover margin (-8) and quarterback Trey Miller has just 112 total yards in his last two FBS games. Air Force is not a great team by any means, but is what a solid service academy team should be. The Falcons are the number one rushing team in the NCAA with 396 yards per game which is 50 more than Navy averages TOTAL yards. The one thing Air Force has proven is that it can score points having put 25 on the road at Michigan, and 35 in its loss to UNLV. While the UNLV loss is bad, Navy hasn’t shown it is capable of moving the football consistently at all.
