teams. Of course, the implicit part of that agreement is that we would help you FIND said quarterbacks, kickers, tight ends and defenses! We have had quite a successful year with streaming suggestions and hope to keep that positive momentum.

Now that we have reached the fantasy football playoffs, streaming is both tougher (we know less about a lot of the options we are choosing from due to injury) and easier (there is less competition on the waiver wire). It is also not uncommon that this late in the season, half of your league has given up and some of the guys we might discuss here might already be owned from when they were good plays six weeks ago but that owner hasn’t logged on to the site and therefore, has not dropped the player that you need. Frustrating, but it is all in the game.

The RotoExperts rankings and projections will guide you in making streaming and start/sit decisions, and the RX staff will be in the Daily Roto slack to answer questions for RotoExperts subscribers as well.

Streaming Notes: All players in this weekly column will be under 50% owned in Yahoo! Fantasy Football. A given player might be owned in your league but is not owned in all leagues. FAAB bids will be listed during the regular season but you know your league better than I do. FAAB dollars are also worth more the earlier they are spent in the calendar, so keep that in mind while streaming QB/K/TE/DST.

Week Fifteen Fantasy Football Streamers

Week Fifteen Quarterback Fantasy Football Streamers

Gardner Minshew– Ryan Tannehill has now graduated from mere-streamer to full on fantasy football stud at the quarterback position. With so many QB injuries and so many teams now holding two quarterbacks, it is ugly out there for streamers. The best we can do under 50% owned in Yahoo! leagues is the man, the myth, the mustasche: Gardner Minshew. While Jacksonville has been historically bad over the last month of the season, Minshew has been usable for our purposes. His passing yardage has been STAGGERINGLY low despite throwing 27 and 37 times in blowout losses. The Oakland Raiders defense should be a handy cure-all for the Jaguars offense even though they will be without DJ Chark this week.

The Raiders defense is the second-worst in the NFL in net adjusted yards per attempt allowed, they have allowed 30 passing touchdowns through 13 games, and they have the second-lowest blitz rate of any team in the NFL. This is really the ideal situation to stream a quarterback against. Against a bad defense, while also having a bad defense which more or less ensures that there will be passing attempts to be had for Minshew. It is going to be a bumpy ride but Minshew is a legit option this week.

Ryan Fitzpatrick– By hook or by crook, Ryan Fitzpatrick is destined to make it into the fantasy football conversation. With his wide receivers and running backs dropping like flies, Fitzpatrick did the only thing that felt natural: he started running. Fitz rushed seven times for 65 yards last week against the Jets and five times for 45 yards in Week 12 against Cleveland. Fitzpatrick’s projections are going to look much worse if DaVante Parker does not play this week for Miami due to a concussion but he gets an ideal matchup against the Giants who one of the worst pass defenses in the NFL this season. It is not an enviable position to be forced to start Fitzpatrick in fantasy football playoff matchup but the spot is ripe for Fitz to deliver one of his trademark performances.

If You Are Desperate: Eli Manning

Week Fifteen Kicker Fantasy Football Streamers

Robbie Gould- For as long as my 27-year old brain can remember, Robbie Gould has been one of the best and most consistent kickers in fantasy football. He has more games this year with four field-goal attempts than one field goal attempt and the 49ers have the second-highest team total of the week, only one point behind the Ravens. Gould was injured for several weeks which caused him to be dropped in a wide number of fantasy leagues and be available for us this week as the 49ers take on the Falcons. There is perhaps no better spot for Gould all year than this game against Atlanta. We expect Gould to score over 10 fantasy points.

Austin Seibert– Our favorite Sooners kicker is back in a game full of OU grads (Kyler vs Baker with Seibert pitching in!) and is in maybe his best spot of the year. Seibert has had only four games with less than two field goal attempts and has multiple 3+ field goal attempt games. The Arizona Cardinals have a perfect kicking environment (in a dome) and due to their horrible defense, are middle of the pack in field goals against but fourth in the NFL in extra points against. This really is just a long way of saying Seibert is in a pace-up game against a bad defense and should grind his way easily to 10+ fantasy points.

Week Fifteen Tight End Fantasy Football Streamers

(Note: Tyler Higbee is under 50% but is owned in all competitive leagues; he is clearly the best streaming option if out there in your league)

O.J Howard – While Justin Watson and Breshad Perriman are going to be the biggest beneficiaries of Mike Evans injury, there is a non-zero chance that Howard finally becomes a central piece of the Buccaneers. Jameis Winston and the Bucs did have an absurd volume day as they throw 49 passes of which only five were directed Howard’s direction. There is alot of projection here but in a theoretical sense, it would follow that without Evans in the lineup, the offense would have a few more plays designed for their former-stud tight end Howard and the natural scaling in projecting targets for this offense makes Howard an interesting target this week against the awful Detroit passing defense.

Mike Gesicki – Gesicki finally had a bad results game last week against the Jets but still maintained his target and snap shares in the Dolphins offense. DaVante Parker is injured, as is Albert Wilson. The Dolphins wide receiver group looks very much like a “last man standing” situation and Gesickis is that man is who is standing alongside Allen Hurns and Isaiah Ford. Despite only one catch that week, Gesicki did almost have a touchdown against the Jets and gets a much easier matchup this week against the Giants. Perhaps like Tyler Higbee, Gesicki is already owned in most extra-competitive leagues but if he is out there, he is a safe floor option in 12-team PPR leagues.

Week Fifteen Defense/Special Teams Fantasy Football Streamers

Structural DST Streaming Philosophy: The core tenants of finding a good streaming defense are finding a home defense that is going to face a lot of passing attempts. While your league settings might differ, in general, what we are chasing is sacks, turnovers and the main goal is finding DST touchdowns. DST touchdowns happen most often on passing plays as opposed to rushing plays.

Kansas City Chiefs – Drew Lock has two weeks in a row of looking impressive but I am not forgetting that he is a rookie quarterback playing on the road against an opportunistic defense. Lock threw 39 interceptions in college and was at his worst when his team was trailing. The Chiefs have 13 interceptions and blitz the QB 27.3% of the time. Given that KC is a 10-point favorite in this game, Lock is putting us in the perfect game script for a DST. They should face 35+ pass attempts and as the game wears on, the Chiefs lead should get larger and force Lock into even more uncomfortable passes.

Seattle Seahawks –  The last game Kyle Allen got through without an interception, was in the heroic game against the Saints in Week 12. Outside of that game, he has tossed up a Jameis-level 12 interceptions in 11 starts with an absurd 44 sacks taken and 12 fumbles. If he sticks around the league long enough, he is going to challenge as one of the most turnover-prone quarterbacks that the game has ever seen. The Seahawks defense is a far cry from the unit that they used to be but even a average-to-bad defense (like Falcons last week) against Kyle Allen can be an elite fantasy option.
