The Green Bay Packers have looked downright invincible in their first 11 games. The much hyped Thanksgiving game against the Detroit Lions ended as most people expected: with Aaron Rodgers and company walking off the field victorious. The Packers, currently 11-0, are just five wins away from a perfect season. What seemed unlikely at first is now a very real possibility as Green Bay has a 32.1 percent chance of going undefeated.

The table above breaks down each of the Packers’ next five games and their chances of walking away with a W. The forecasts assume that Jay Cutler will not play for the Chicago Bears in week 16 and that the Packers will try to go undefeated and won’t rest players in week 17. This week’s matchup against the New York Giants will be the toughest game for Green Bay, as its forecasted win probability is the lowest of the five games at 67.1 percent. The Packers look so good this year that even against good, playoff contenders like the Oakland Raiders, Detroit Lions, and Chicago Bears, they are heavily favored and projected to win by over a touchdown.

The Packers may not be the only team to make history this season, as the Indianapolis Colts are on track to have one of the worst regular seasons ever. Indianapolis, currently 0-11, has an 18.5 percent chance of finishing the season without a single win. Their odds aren’t as good (in a sense) as the Packers undefeated odds, but with four of the Colts’ last five games against over .500 teams, this season looks like it could finish with two teams as far from each other in the standings as possible.
