his legs. He’s had 99 or more yards rushing in three of his last four games and six rushing scores on the year. His rushing ability gives him a QB1 ceiling, though the injuries to LeSean McCoy, Chris Ivory and now Marcus Murphy are a definite concern. His passing ability is borderline, with only one game where he’s completed more than 60-percent of his passes. The Bills young receivers have stepped up recently, with Zay Jones, Isaiah McKenzie and Robert Foster all making an impact. Allen is a back-end QB1 against the Patriots this weekend, with a significant statistical ceiling.

While his touches are based very closely on game flow, Tarik Cohen is a Top 20 RB option in PPR formats and a FLEX in standard leagues. The dual threat dynamo has 68 receptions, 710 yards and five scores through the air, adding 405 and two TDs on the ground. Despite no more than 20 touches in a game this year, Cohen has been a dangerous weapon for the Bears offense. You have to love the upside of Cohen against the Niners in Week 16.

What a difference a week makes for Alshon Jeffery and Kenny Golladay. Both receivers looked stuck in the mud after fast starts. Golladay came alive with a monster 7-146 line against the Bills. He’ll remain a WR3 and the only Lions player you can trust in Fantasy right now. His breakout potential for 2019 will shoot his ADP through the roof, especially if he finishes the last two weeks on a tear. Jeffery just needed a QB change to breathe new life into his value. Nick Foles looked his way seemingly every time he needed a big catch against the Rams. Jeffery looked like a man possessed, on his way to 160 yards on eight grabs. Jeffery will also be a WR3 option with an arrow pointing straight up for your Fantasy finals.

Evan Engram took advantage of Odell Beckham’s absence the past couple weeks, following up a season-high 77 yards with an eight catch, 75-yard effort in Week 15. The 24-year-old has missed time due to injury and really has seemed out of place in the Giants offense outside of a handful of key plays. In what will go down as a disappointing season for the very talented tight end, Engram has a chance to redeem himself with a big performance in Week 16. He’s a major bounce-back candidate for 2019.

Stock Down

Jared Goff has just one TD and seven interceptions in the past three weeks, not exactly delivering when it counts for Fantasy owners. He racked up 339 yards last week against the Eagles, but couldn’t get the Rams in the end zone through the air. There is too much talent around Goff for him not to bounce back, but a date with the Cardinals in Week 16 is not a confidence builder. Goff is a back end QB1 at best this weekend, and Fantasy owners need to  think twice before automatically locking him in.

Where has James White been? He’s touched the ball just 13 times in the last two weeks. Not coincidentally, that is also when Rex Burkhead returned to the field. While Burkhead isn’t garnering a huge workload, he’s on the field enough to make White more of a PPR FLEX play than the no-doubt RB2 he was earlier this season. The Patriots have lost two in a row and couldn’t get much going against the Steelers last week, so perhaps they should go back to getting White more involved.

Evan Engram is ascending with Beckham sidelined, but teammate Sterling Shepard continues his second half swoon. The very talented complementary receiver hasn’t topped 37 yards in seven weeks and has just four receptions in the last two. Shepard can be a dangerous receiver when the rest of the Giants offense is cooking, but he’s not a go-to receiving option. He’s barely a WR3 for Week 16 and his success strictly opportunity based.

Kyle Rudolph hasn’t seen the end zone since Week Three, which is where he gets a large part of his Fantasy value. He’s not known for racking up receptions and receiving yards either. He has three or less catches and no more than 38 yards in each of his last three games. If you’ve rolled with Rudolph all season and you are still playing for something than you must have a really strong team around him.
