Navigating the AccuScore site may take a quick walk-through, but once you see how it works, you’ll see how intuitive and easy it is. There are two primary methods to make your way to the expert picks pages for each individual sport league page.

AccuScore Website navigation

No. 1: AccuScore now has each sport listed on its top bar. Clicking on “Football” as shown in the image above will take you to the football league picks page. On that page, you will also have a box that links to projections, picks and analysis for every other football league and sport AccuScore covers, as shown in the image below.

Understanding AccuScore’s Betting Information

In this example below, we take a look at a betting preview of Tottenham Hotspur and Everton Football Club. The outside circle represents the calculated percentage of AccuScore’s simulated results, and the inside circle represents the odds converted to a percentage out of 100. In this manner, we can derive the value bet and make the correct pick.

As you see in the illustration below, the outside circle matches with the percentages for each team and the draw. If you hover over these areas with your mouse, they will pop out, as shown in the image below.

AccuScore then takes the public odds and coverts them out of 100% inside in inner circle. In the example below, Everton’s odds are 32.5%, which is higher than the 22.6% that AccuScore calculated, so the computer does not calculate value in picking Everton to win the match. In the same manner, the draw odds percentage is also higher than the computer’s simulated percentage, so there is no value on picking the draw in this example.

In the illustration below, you can see that Tottenham’s odds are only 38.6% according to oddsmakers, so AccuScore’s calculation of 50.8% means that there is value on picking Tottenham. The difference of 12.2% is represented by blue shaded region on the inner circle. This is the side value pick, and each pick is given a star rating. In this example, picking Tottenham is a 4-star side value pick, which is the highest value rating.

Over/Under or Totals Pick

If over 50% of simulations result in Over or Under a line, AccuScore also officially makes an Over/Under pick. In the example below, the pick is listed as Under 2.25 goals, and this is a 3-star pick.

If you click on the “view more” or “free picks” at the bottom of each match projection preview, and you will go to the individual match page, which provides the percentages that the game went Over or Under, team trends, a written preview and individual player scoring probabilities. In this example, the match finished Under 2.25 goals in 53.8% of simulations, so the pick is Under.
