My Week 5 College Football PicksPosted by oh_steve in Untagged |
So garbage time cost me my LSU over SC pick, but I still went 2-1 raising my college football record to 8-2. Until I have a bad week I'm going to continue focusing on college football and here's what I'm looking at this week:
AUBURN @ FLORIDA (Florida -18.5)
The worst thing to happen to Auburn is Florida putting up a lackluster performance at Ole Miss. Add that to Florida's tough loss at Auburn last year and you have a very motivated Gators team. Tennessee is better than Auburn and you know how Florida destroyed them at home. I like Floridato cover -18.5.
NORTH CAROLINA @ VIRGINIA TECH (VTECH -18.0)
Carolina struggled against teams with mobile QBs and lost at home to UVA, got crushed at South Florida. Their offense is bad and VTECH's defense, excluding the LSU Game, has allowed just 17 pts to 3 sub-par opponents. UNC is definitely a subpar offense. With UNC forecasted for 10 points and UNC allowing over 30 pts to 3 of 4 opponents, look for VTECH to put up 30 and cover 18.
OKLAHOMA @ COLORADO (Oklahoma -22.5)
Oklahoma can't not beat the hell out of opponents. Colorado won't move the ball against Oklahoma and they can't deal with the Sooners offense. Oklahoma 50, COL 14 is what I think it will be and AccuScore has Oklahoma by 26.
