Oakland RHP Rich Harden has landed on the DL again. Ok, so it wasn't so shocking. It was probably actually expected. This time he is on the shelf with a back strain, and who knows how long he'll be out. This time it's not an arm problem, but with how fragile this guy has been it would be wrong to count on him in real life and in fantasy.

Harden made two starts striking out 15 batters in just 11 innings while giving up just one run. If Harden could ever stay healthy long enough to stay on the field he'll be a prime candidate to be traded bythe A's. If you own him you should try and do the same thing. Harden has always had elite level talent so you should try and stash him on your DL. If you can't do that I'd wait two weeks to find out his prognosis before cutting bait.

Harden on the DL is a familar sight for A's fans and fantasy owners.
