Christner here with my take on this weeks monday night's MIA @ PIT matchup.

What to Expect: PIT has all but ruled out WR Santonio Holmes and Defensive leader Troy Palamalu. PIT is coming off a disgusting loss to a terrible NYJ team, where they played poorly on both sides of the ball. Look for an inspired team to show up, and more specifically for the PIT defense to do a far better job against the run than they did against the Jets, because they will get a heavy dose of the combo of Chatman and Sticky Icky Ricky Williams (if Chatman does

NEWS FLASH: Lions 2-0, Hell Freezes Over

The Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers are undefeated, 2-0, to lead the NFC North.  The Bengals score 45 points but lose to the Cleveland Browns.  Oh but wait. There's more! The Houston Texans are 2-0 and are tied atop the AFC South with the Super Bowl champ Colts. That is amazing enough but they are only a few points behind them in scoring for the season.  That is jaw dropping.

 

Remember that team that grinds out the clock with run after run? Well, the Pittsburgh Steelers are only a single field goal behind Peyton and the Colts.  And no one is even close
