Stephen A. Smith Meltdown on ESPN over Brett Favre Comeback

Brett Favre

The Sports Baron

Stephen A. Smith is over the whole Brett Favre "love affair" in the media. In an ESPN interview over the weekend Stephen A. throws out his standard lines like "this is uttery ridiculous" and he is "sick to his stomach" about The World Wide Leader's infatuation with Favre. He sounds like a screaming idiot, but his argument makes sense.

We agree with Stephen A., the media loves Brett Favre and John Madden has wanted to service him for years. Brett is holding

After the incredible upset the Giants pulled over on the Patriots this past sunday, i thought it would be nice to give my brother a phone call(he's a huge Patriots fan.)  The history of it is, at 4:30 sunday morning i was talking to him over the computer and he said that the Patriots would have the game in the bag bu HALFTIME!  i knew he was full of shit, and that proved what he and the Patriots' team was full of.  So, back to the present: after the game, i called him on his cell phone and just like the baby he is, he didn't pick up his phone.  So, i give him

Bears-Packers #2

In the first game, you saw the Packers break down and (in my mind) give the game away.  With a crucial interception by Brian Urlacher, and a hopeless running game(then) the Packers really didn't deserve that game.

But that was then, and this is now.  The Packers are a very strong team, dispite their two losses, i believe that they can hang with anybody and are going to make a very big push in the playoffs, possibly playing in the Big game vs. The Patriots.  But, back to The Bears and Packers sunday: This Green Bay team has really grown and come together and i

Ok, in my recent blog i said the Packers would win big vs. the Redskins.  I was right, but not 100%.  The Packers won by the score of 17-14.  Favre, i was a little dissapointed(dont get me wrong, he didn't do awful) going 19/37(51%) but i was just expecting a huge game out of him.  But, in any fact of the matter, the Packers are now 5-1 and thats fricken' great!!!

Will the Packers know how to react from their first loss?

Now, im a big Green-Bay Packers fan but the thing that concerns me about them loosing is how they performed last year.  I know people say "dont judge from the past" but the thing is(last year) when they'd loose one week, they'd get blown out the following week.  Im sure Favre hasen't needed to watch alot of game film from the Bears game to realize that they need to either A) Mix and match between running and passing, passing out-weighing the run game...B) Only run on first down or 4th and inches and most.  Last week, they

Ok, i was quite pissed off with the way GB played in the second half against the Bears this past sunday....and what was with all the runnning???Favre came out passing...kicking ass, but in the second half they'd only throw when they noticed that they had dug their own grave on third down??????!!!!  Quite pissed but this week Favre's gonna have a big game against the 'Skins
