Sage Rosenfels QB (HOU) -If Schaub misses any time, Sage steps in. As explosive as the Houston offense is, he would be someone you would consider starting week to week. Grab him if it is not looking good for Schaub OR if you own Schaub.

Wow! Can you believe it is already going to be week 8? We are almost half way through the season and for some of you, the fantasy playoffs are lurking closer and closer. Lets look at how you can shore up that roster to make sure you have the best options available when that time comes.

Trent Edwards QB (BUF) - He is performing every time he steps on to the field. This week against San Diego he posted 261 yards with a touchdown. He may not be a QB1 yet

Kyle Orton QB (CHI) - Don't look now but Mr. Orton is starting to look like a fantasy QB. I recommended that you pick him you last week and I am doing it again this week. And after a 334 yard, 2 touchdown performance against Detroit I am doing it with a little more certainty. A great bye week spot start this week with

Well it took until week 3 but you and I finally saw a little something out of a few highly touted fantasy performers this week. LJ, Fred Taylor and MJD all went over 100 for the first time. The Bengals - minus Ohco - offered some hope going forward. And Ronnie Brown went ballistic on the Pats.

But, even though some of you can breathe a little easier, there are still plenty of opportunities to improve your team using a few of the players below. Also, the bye weeks start next week so you might be looking for a fill-ins. Check'em out!

There were some huge numbers posted today for many of the skill position players. Seven quarterbacks went of the the 300 yard mark. Hopefully you had one of those guys. If you didn't, there is a chance you may be able to grab one of them for next week.
