Early Season College Basketball Impressions

Somehow, I acquired Adrian Peterson (CHI) off the waiver wire last night. I am ranked #2 in this league and thus had the 11th ranking for waiver transactions. NCAA System Week 14

I want to point out a few glaring errors with the current ranking system:

1. LSU is ranked #7 behind Virginia Tech. Both have two losses. I'd imagine if they played each other, LSU would beat the crap out of Virginia Tech. Unfortunately, there is no way to prove this. Oh, wait...

I think Kansas goes down this weekend to the first real team they've played, but like I said, I don't think Missouri makes it past the Big 12 title game. I remember last Thanksgiving as the point where I really started believing in my system. I had no doubts at all about any of the picks, and even went heavier on the 8-0 picks, knowing that they were obviously the strongest ones.

This year the system has been a little rough, and has left me in doubt. However, there are some strong picks, just not the 8-0 or 7-1 picks. Here are the system observations from week 7 on:
