Re:6th July DLR Error 2008/07/12 04:22
Well I've noticed this match still hasn't been corrected. I've been betting the Baseball since the start of the season using Accuscore betting SV and I'm 20 units down whereas the DLR is 22 units up and this sort of descrepeny explains it. There's been approx. 1380 matchs this season and all it takes is 20 descrepancies like this (1.44% of matches= 1 descrepancy every 5 days) for the DLR to go from +22 to -20. There's the comments on line 854 and 310 of the DLR than gives the dlr +4 pts as compared to people that bet SV pregame. And then we have all the games where the SV is almost equal 5 minutes before a game starts. So I bet the side with the marginal SV and when I check the DLR the next day I see Accuscore used odds which made the other side SV.

The main complaint I have with Accuscore is the fact that they have a DLR which is impossible to replicate. I'd be delighted to be +22 units up on the season. And I'm sure the owners of Accuscore would be happy for all their members to be +22 units up on the season as well. So why can't they devise a method whereas us members are betting the same side as is going to be displayed in the DLR the next day.

I don't know any other betting website on the planet that doesn't indicate the side to bet on pregame (and will hence appear in the results the next day).

The ideal solution would be to take a particular timepoint- say 15 minutes before the first game starts - and use the prices from Pinnacle at that time to be the odds that go in the DLR the next day. At least then we can replicate the DLR and Accuscore can't be accused of aftertiming.

This is a concern of mine as well.

My question is... how often does the SV switch teams due to moving lines within 15 minutes of game time?

i know the SV doesn't switch due to sims because the rule of thumb 1hr for sim updates, but if late line moves make it near impossible to duplicate the DLR, then the Accuscore tool isn't practical.

How close to game time should we be making bets to avoid the SV switching on us due to late line moves? 15mins? 10mins? 5mins?

Is anyone duplicating or close to duplicating the DLR?
As someone evaluating this tool, i would like to hear from the people who have successfully duplicated the DLR... Thanks.
