I had a question about them too. I put about $500 in their book during basketball season and I've got $200 left in there. I wanted to withdraw it and move it to BookMaker, but they require a bunch of things from me. These include:

1. Signed credit card authorization forms for the deposits
2. A copy of my credit card, front and back
3. A copy of my ID, front and back

I'm fine with #1, but from what I've heard about the company I don't want to do #2 and 3 because I don't trust them. I've heard that they will sell your information to people who make fake credit cards, and that they don't really need this information to process your payout. I read this on SBR.

They're a very shady book, and I'm not sure what I want to do. Does anyone think Kawanakee (sp?) Gaming will transfer my funds from BetUS to Sports Interaction? I've never had a problem withdrawing from SIA, except for slow payouts, and both sites are regulated by the same gaming commission. What is the opinion on charge backs here?

BetUS isn't opposed to cancelling your bets without telling you either... if they get too much action on one side of a prop bet. They take the "bad line" justification to a whole new level. They stole over $500 from me. To make matters worse, it happen right before a 7-0 run, so I would have definitely turned it into more. I will never use them again. All of this stuff I hear about delayed payouts makes me even more skeptical of BetUS.

I have used them since the late 90's when they started. Payouts are always prompt. They do require all of the credit card verification info mentioned above though. That really bothered me. Now that I jumped through all of the hoops, withdrawals are always smooth & fast.

Sportsbook.com has been pretty good over the years too.
