Let's try this again.

What sites still take credit card deposits and pay without a hassle ?

Also, what are my legal risks with regard to betting on-line.

Any advice would be appreciated.

The new "anti-gambling" legislation states that all U.S. banks must stop processing transfer requests to online gambling sites and gives them a deadline by which to do that.

That legislation does NOT make gambling online illegal. It was and continues to be legal.

IMO, there is a very good chance that this piece of legislation will be found to violate international trade treaties that the U.S. has signed and it will have to be repealed. Law suits to make that happen have already been filed by online gaming sites in Antigua.
