Hi TWilliams,

Just wondering how the DLR requests for 2007 and 2006 are coming along?

Don't mean to sound impatient, but uploading 2 .xml files (2007+2006 DLRs) and editing in the code for a download link on the DLR download page is no more than a 90 second job.

Even the busiest of busy webmasters would find it hard to not allocate 90 seconds for such a simple task, yet here we are 3 days since the request - still waiting.

If nothing else, that is really poor customer service. I hope that gets passed onto the right department/person.

If anyone wants the 2006/2007 data for MLB or NBA then contact customer support, by clicking the "contact us" link right at the bottom of the page.

I received it within 12 hours of contacting them.

Now THAT, is good customer service!
