I am a daily user. I have noticed over the last couple of weeks that your Lines pages for making picks frequently (at least a couple of times per week) don't line up correctly which affects our (the users) ability to compete accurately in the contests. I also had two occasions last week where I placed winning picks and your system never counted them. It just left them in the active picks list until Sunday when the system reset. then they disappeared.

If you guys are going to have contests then you should make sure that your software works properly. Why would I want to pay for your addl services when your free ones dont even work right?

P.S. I have notified your help desk at least twice regarding these issues and nobody ever contacts me back.

thank you for the post and for notifying support. based on the support line, we believe you are the 2nd person to have this issue and we are working on determining why.
