Very interesting system you have working here and it appears to be more successful as time passes. I am curious though on how you are using this. I read in the begining that you were thinking of 1 point per every 100 point in the differential. If that is true, then why did you go with NC when it is a 10.5 point spread? Same with KU? Just curious and trying to better learn how to read your numbers.

I understand how it goes jacob. It's especially hard to limit your plays coming off a day when you have a ton of plays. This kills me the most during football season. I have a ton of plays Saturday, a ton of plays Sunday, then one game on Monday. I often make the mistake of putting multiple bets (side, total, parlay, possibly some props) on the Monday night game. Occasionally you win big. Sometimes you break even. But often you end up losing some of what you won on the previous big day. In the end I'd rather be up 1 unit instead of down 4. That's the biggest challenge in gambling. You could have all of the free picks in the world and a system that wins consistently, but it doesn't matter if you don't have control. You show me a man who has all of that and I'll show you a rich man. Unfortunately this is a rarety in gambling.

ajfrickle..... i was toying around with diff things at first but scorp helped me out by showing the diff against the spread on wed mach 7.....i fyou look at that post if you bet the games above 500 regardless of the spread the record was very good...... so thats how i chose my bets today...the picks above a diff of 500

now this is a warning, i am not sure how effective this system will be in the ncaa tourneyment becuase some teams step it up a lot more and do better than their whole season of stats predict...my system is based purley off stats so it doesnt account for emotion....lets hope this isnt too much of the casethough....but thats all the reason its called march "madness"
