Fuller and more.
Quarterbacks
ADD Josh McCown: He is owned in 25.9 percent of ESPN leagues and has thrown at least two TD passes in four consecutive games. Roster him to be a streamer if you need one.
BENCH Derek Carr: He has been very inconsistent, with two mediocre outings sandwiched around a big Week 7. You cannot depend on Carr right now.
BUY on Drew Brees: He has only one TD pass in his past two games and has only one 300-yard game since Week 2. Get him now before he faces Tampa Bay.
Running Backs
SELL Lamar Miller: He scored twice against the Seahawks. Use the angle that he can continue to score TDs for a very potent offense when in actuality he has yet to rush for 80 yards in a game, which is quite troubling.
ADD Alex Collins: He is owned in 32.1 percent of leagues. Bid on him aggressively if you need RB help. Collins has been eased into a featured role and seems to have put his fumbling issues behind him for now.
BUY Carlos Hyde: He has just 121 rushing yards in his past three games, but the 49ers have to scrap the C.J. Beathard nonsense experiment soon, and you won’t have to give up much to get Hyde.

BUY Devonta Freeman: He has not scored, rushed for 80 yards or caught four passes in his past three games. See if his current owner is getting panicky.
CUT Theo Riddick: He has caught 12 passes in the past four games and has not cracked the 50-yard receiving mark yet this season. Ameer Abdullah’s presence has phased him out of the Lions offense in a big way.
ADD J.D. McKissic: Soon the Seahawks will have to concede he is their only legitimate threat to a defense at all from the RB spot. They are going to have to start giving him more handoffs soon.
Wide Receivers
SHOP Will Fuller: Don’t necessarily look to sell high on him because you think he is at peak value. Fuller is going to continue to be a pretty frequent big-play threat and you should keep him if you can’t get a significant upgrade or fill a big need. But if he can bring you back a more established prominent piece or help you fill a major hole with a very good player in return, then be willing to part with him. If he brings you back a Top 15 RB or WR you have to strongly consider it.
BUY Michael Thomas: He does not have a 90-yard game yet and has not scored in three weeks. There has to be better times ahead, though, and the floor seems safe in PPR formats. Play into his current owner’s frustrations and take the chance that bigger outings are coming.
BENCH Pierre Garcon: He has no complements to speak of in a disastrous passing game, and it looks like he might just be a matchup play even if Brian Hoyer gets the starting QB job back. Garcon has not scored yet this season and should not be in lineups at all with Beathard at QB right now.
BENCH Devin Funchess: The three TD outburst with 14 catches in Weeks 4 and 5 have been followed by three consecutive quiet outings. Funchess lacks real big play ability and does not have much upside, and he still needs to prove he can be anywhere near dependable.
HOLD/ADD Mike Williams: He has not been a factor for the Chargers in his first two pro games. But Tyrell Williams has faded from last year and it’s just a matter of time, and maybe soon, before he potentially busts out. If he is available as a free agent, you can get him for nothing.
BUY Jarvis Landry: His current owner may be feeling uneasy about the Miami offense, especially after the Dolphins were embarrassingly shut out for the second time this season. Last week’s mediocre outing aside, Landry has been very reliable in PPR formats and has one less TD catch than last season already.
Tight Ends
ADD Vernon Davis: And do it quickly! He is only owned in 13.8 percent of leagues, and Jordan Reed is hurt again.
CUT O.J. Howard: The Week 7 outburst was a sign more of things to come after this season, not for the rest of 2018. He is still firmly entrenched as a Fantasy understudy to Cameron Brate.
