close to 100 percent and that he will be cleared to start Sunday. Brissett is an Elevated Injury Risk with an Above Average Health Performance Factor, according to Inside Injuries, backing up the notion that he is making progress.

If he does indeed play, Brissett gets a solid matchup against a Tennessee team that has struggled against the pass in recent weeks, most notably this past week when they gave up four touchdowns to Ben Roethlisberger. Brissett certainly isn’t Roethlisberger and the Colts’ offense isn’t the Steelers’ offense, but the matchup and being healthy should be good enough for Brissett to put up solid numbers this week. He’s a solid streaming option.

Elijah McGuire RB, NYJ

McGuire’s viability as a running back option this week and moving forward depends on the health of Matt Forte. If Forte continues to sit, then McGuire appears to have the edge over Bilal Powell in the Jets’ backfield, as he has out-snapped him in the Jets’ last two games. Forte remains a High Injury Risk with a Poor Health Performance Factor according to Inside Injuries, so McGuire should be on track to be the top back for New York at least for another week. This week’s matchup with Carolina is rough, but double-digit touches should make him at least a decent flex option.

T.J. Yeldon RB, JAX

Rookie star Leonard Fournette continues to struggle with an ankle injury, which has been hampering him for weeks now. Fournette isn’t expected to miss any time, but he is a High Injury Risk according to Inside Injuries and could be limited more and more moving forward. Yeldon seems to have grasped the backup RB job in Jacksonville, making him a necessary add this week if he remains available in your league. He is a great handcuff and even has some value with Fournette in the lineup due to his pass-catching ability and increased role due to Fournette’s limited snaps. With Fournette banged up, Yeldon is an important Week 11 waiver wire addition for his owners.

Marquise Goodwin WR, SF

Goodwin should be a priority addition coming out of the bye for owners looking for some under-the-radar help at the wideout position. With Pierre Garcon out, the Niners will have to turn to Goodwin to be their top target on the outside. Jimmy Garoppolo could make his debut for San Francisco this week, so that spot does carry some value. Goodwin might not be the most consistent option, but his speed makes him a big play threat, which Kyle Shanahan will try to use to help open up the field for a struggling Niners offense. His role and big play ability make Goodwin a must add.

Bruce Ellington WR, HOU

The Texans’ offense became instantly less exciting when Deshaun Watson went down, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t still value to be found from Houston on the waiver wire. With Will Fuller still battling injured ribs (Elevated Injury Risk), and looking questionable at best for this week, Ellington should once again be the No. 2 receiver opposite Hopkins. Over the last three weeks, Ellington has racked up 24 targets in that role. He had his best game this past Sunday, posting six catches for 61 yards. It’s not the most exciting thing in the world, but Bruce Ellington can provide some value as long as he stays the No. 2 in Houston.

Adam Shaheen TE, CHI

Shaheen was a little known tight end out of Ashland when the Bears surprised many by taking him in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft. Now he’s the starting tight end for a Bears offense that has lost both Zach Miller and Dion Sims to injury, and he’s starting to show why the Chicago front office decided to make such a bold choice. The rookie put up four catches for 41 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Lions in his second career start, and figures to be a big part of the offense moving forward.

With the Bears opening it up more and more for fellow rookie Mitch Trubisky, look for Shaheen to get more and more looks, especially with the lack of receiving talent on the outside for the Bears. The tight end options are pretty sparse on the wire these days, but Shaheen could provide some upside and is available in just about every league.
